Mobile Compactions Containers

This range starts with wheelie bins and extends up to the 12.2 cubic meters (16 cubic Yards) container; which can hold up to ½ tonne of cardboard.

All these containers are serviced by our fleet of mobile compaction vehicles, allowing you to keep the same container by simply emptying your material into the compaction unit before moving on to the next collection.

This versatile range of containers has been specifically designed with space and flexibility in mind.  With fixed wheels and lockable lids, they can be easily ‘wheeled’ around your site providing easy access to and from waste generation areas.

12.2 Cubic metre container (16 Cubic yards)

Our larger Mobile Compaction Containers are designed to ensure that only limited floor space is taken to provide maximum storage capacity.  These can be provided with plastic lockable lids to allow for security of storage. 

They can also be filled using the front or ‘barn style’ rear doors to help allow maximum fill levels – nobody benefits from fresh air being collected and taken away!

Exchange Containers

This range is aimed at sites that generate greater volume of material, and have the space to accommodate larger containers.  Here, the container is left on site and replaced with a new one when full.

These containers can be supplied enclosed or open topped and typically can be delivered in a range of sizes from 22.1 to 30.5 cubic metres (30 to 40 cubic yards).

Other sizes can be sourced for bespoke requirements

30.5 cubic metre smooth compactor bin (40 cubic yards)

Many Sites generate material that outstrips even the largest of containers.  DS Smith Recycling also supply a range of compactor bins, typically from 22.1 to 30.5 cubic metres (30 to 40 yards) although other sizes are available. Compactor bins can compact material up to a ratio of 4:1 - making valuable space and transport savings, which will result in cash and carbon benefits for your organisation.

Baler on site?

We can provide a service for picking up baled material direct from your site. Our fleet provides a variety of options to efficiently remove bales of recyclate from your premises - right the way up to full trailer loads.
